Human Resource Management - An Introduction

Now a days it has become a hot topic among many career oriented institutions to teach this discipline called HRM or Human Resource Management which actually comes under Personal Department once upon a time in companies.

What is HRM ?
In simple words it leads to co -ordiation/ alignment of Employees of any organization with its goals.

But why it has become a hot topic ?
It is so because organizations have done plenty of analysis to know what is there most important asset which is nothing but actually an EMPLOYEE of an organization.

Therefore it leads to various areas of Human Resource Management like Employee Recruitment &employee Selection,Performance Evaluation for Employees,Compensation & Benefits,Safety & Health and many more

Thus the power can be feel as we know how important is the Recruitment of Employees are for any organizational growth.

Moreover the time has gone for Individual effort in companies we know look for employees working in a group with organizational goal alignment and effective leadership managerial and talented workers are required and much appreciated.Human Resource Management helps to achieve the above in a very efficient and effective manner.
