Well now a days all the profit making companies actually going for customer satisfaction and thus making customer more permanent in nature turning themselves Brand Loyal

These people also promote their products by WORD OF MOUTH with friends, family, relatives etc which is more important as customer who actually can turn new prospect into customers are required for profit making firms.

The Brand Loyal customers are
  • Self confident in their choice of product or service. E.g a particular person X always buy Maruti brand car or always go for Mc Donald Pizza etc
  • Always have higher level of risk in the purchase of a new product for e.g if Person X is using Colgate Toothpaste and satisfied with this product there are less chances to switch over to another product like close up etc because the customer X has full faith on the same.

Consumer Learning


Learning is a permanent change in one’s behavior as a result of past experience. For e.g promotional offer known by the help of advertisement, news, events etc.
Learning is more like a process which continuously evolves and changes as a result of newly acquired knowledge
·         The behavior change is based  on some form of practice or experience
·         Learning can occur by increase in knowledge through by reading newspapers watch news channels on TV ,internet, thinking.
How can learning happen ?
It can happen intentional or incidental means either we plan to do it intentionally or knowingly else we it occurs without our knowledge

how it is useful?
It is very useful by market studying the behavior of consumer patterns etc.e.g firm do a market survey to understand the consumers needs their shift from one product to another or if they have learned to understand the difference offered in the various products.

Because product differentiation is offered in variety of form by multiple firms in the form of Price or Quantity or Product/Service offered etc.

The inputs are taken and a birth with placement of 9 planets as per calculations are placed in the chart.

Later the chart is studied to know the strength weakness for the person.

The some main and important approaches are
1 Observation Survey
This is more like collecting available and past or current data which is recorded by observations.
2 Survey Research
This method is more elaborate questions are asked and responses are recorded.It is more versatile approach and economical and efficient too.
3 In Depth Interview
This method is more details in nature by asking in depth questions with the respondents.

This is something very interesting and a very demanding across all the organizations world wide.Actually before recession many companies didn't thought about it at all but after recession when they began to search for their weakness came to realize Customer Orientation lacking in the their employees and thus leading to customer dissatisfaction.

Customer orientation is a process by which all the employees which are authorized and representatives etc , are asked to maintain a constant dialogue with their customers or consumers.

Resources are very important and crucial for the success of any organization

A very important resource because a wrong decision to launch a new product for e.g lead to a disaster

2 Money
Without money no business runs so this act as fuel to run the business without money companies will go bankrupt so decisions made with huge money investment are thinked twice so that in future if anything happens the company should sustain growth

3 Employees or Manpower
The most important resource for any good producing company or a service company

4 Services 
Are major resource for many companies especially a service oriented company like courier service or Banking sector,hotel business etc.

5 Machinery
It forms important part in manufacturing or product oriented companies like Car companies needs special machines to produce or assemble car etc.

6 Information
A huge collection of data leads to information and further proper analysis of this information leads to knowledge vital for any organization.

Challenge for any manager in an organization is to find the best fit and choose the Good Quality resource in sufficient quantity so that expectation & requirement can be met

The most important resource is the Human Resource and now organization used to maintain a separate department known as Human Resource Department which is responsible for all the requirements pertaining to Manpower or human resource.

What does Demand means to you with respect to Market ?

Demand actually means desire backed by adequate purchasing power.

Yes what does demand means to you now for e.g if we know there are 4 people who like to watch Cricket World Cup 2011 then in this case they need to buy a television or internet which actually leads to demand for cable TV,Dish TV or Internet TV etc.

Remember Demand is created only when it is backed or supported by Purchasing Power unless the guys in the above scenario go to showroom and enough money to buy TV etc then only we can say TV Demand is created.

This is really very important Term if you would like to understand Market in today's market or coming market because whether we talk about companies or individual we all demand something.
e.g if in a specific area people would eat more Non Veg than Veg food then a Businessmen can go for Non Veg Restaurant to earn more in this area.
