A Continuous Variable is the one which possess a value for its quality chararteristics on a continous scale e.g Time which is like 3:21 or :3:32
or another example is temperature height weight
A Discrete Variable is the one which possess only quantitativly or like integral values. e.g
the no of students in a class ?---- this can be an integer only not a decimal sort of value.
